These Terms and Conditions govern all registrations for, and attendance at, events organised by IDTS Media Group Pte Ltd (company registration number UEN 202633615H), whose registered office is at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, 049422, Singapore ("IDTS Media Group", "we", "us"). By submitting a registration to attend an IDTS Media Group event ("Event"), the person, firm, company or other entity named on the booking ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms.

These Terms apply to every registration for delegate places at, and every attendance at, an Event organised by IDTS Media Group, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

2.1 Once we receive your registration, we will send a confirmation email. 2.2 All registration fees quoted at the time of booking ("Registration Fee"), including any applicable Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other taxes, must be paid in full and cleared no later than one (1) business day before the Event. 2.3 If we do not receive cleared payment in full before the Event, we may, at our sole discretion, require payment as a condition of entry or refuse entry. If entry is refused on this basis, no refund will be given for any fees already paid, and any outstanding balance remains payable. 2.4 If your invoice payment terms are exceeded, we reserve the right to apply the next applicable price tier, up to and including the on-the-day price.

3.1 You may substitute a delegate with another employee from the same organisation at any time before the Event by emailing hello@idtsociety.com. 3.2 Registrations cannot be transferred between different Events. 3.3 You may not register as an agent on behalf of a third party, and you may not sell, resell, or otherwise transfer your registration to another organisation. 3.4 Where a booking covers multiple delegate places for the same organisation, places may be shared between different attendees, but not within the same conference day.

Registration Fees do not include travel or overnight accommodation. Where available, preferential rates at nearby hotels may be listed on the Event's delegate information page.

5.1 Discounts must be applied at the time of registration, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to our approval. 5.2 Group booking discounts apply only to the number of delegate places specified at the time of booking. If a place within a group booking is later cancelled for any reason, we may adjust the fees for the remaining places to reflect our then-current published pricing for that smaller group size. Any additional amount payable under this clause must be paid in accordance with Clause 2.

Prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect registrations already invoiced. Applicable GST or other sales tax will be charged at the rate in force at the time of your booking.

7.1 IDTS Media Group Pte Ltd do not accept any cancellations for delegate places.  However, you may exchange the name of the delegate place with your colleagues.  Ensure you contact the event support team to inform us of the change.

We may, at our sole discretion and for any reason, change the format, speakers, content, programme, venue, or any other aspect of an Event without liability, whether or not the change arises from a Force Majeure Event (as defined in Clause 9).

9.1 "Force Majeure Event" means any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to speaker or participant withdrawal, supplier or venue failure, industrial action, government regulation or restriction, war or military action, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism. 9.2 If a Force Majeure Event affects our ability to hold the Event as planned, we may, at our discretion: (a) provide an alternative venue or format; (b) reschedule the Event; or (c) cancel the Event. 9.3 Where we reschedule an Event under this Clause, your Registration Fee will be applied to the rescheduled Event and you will not be entitled to object to the rescheduling. 9.4 If we cancel the Event under this Clause and do not reschedule it, we are not obliged to refund any Registration Fee already paid, and any unpaid fees remain due. 9.5 Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by a Force Majeure Event, and each party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate its effects.

Where we change the date of, or cancel, an Event for reasons other than a Force Majeure Event, we will offer you the option of attending any rearranged event we choose to organise. If you notify us in writing that you do not wish to attend the rearranged event, or if we choose not to rearrange the Event, you may elect to receive either a credit note or a refund of your Registration Fee as your sole remedy.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, we exclude all liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the Event, and all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms. 11.2 We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity. 11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud. 11.4 Subject to Clause 11.3, our total liability to you in connection with an Event is limited to the Registration Fee you paid. 11.5 We recommend you take out appropriate travel and event insurance to cover potential losses.

We may refuse admission to, or remove from, an Event any person who fails to comply with these Terms, or who in our reasonable opinion poses a security risk or nuisance. You agree to follow all reasonable instructions from us or the venue.

Unauthorised photography, filming, or audio/visual recording at the Event is prohibited. By attending, you consent to being filmed, recorded, and photographed, and to our use of such material worldwide for promotional and marketing purposes.

We collect, hold, and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). Details of how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available at https://idtsociety.com/privacy-policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel your registration at any time. Where we do so, we will refund all fees paid and no further fees will be payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you submit your registration will apply to that registration.

No person other than you and IDTS Media Group has any right to enforce these Terms, except with our prior written agreement.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an Event, are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without preventing IDTS Media Group from pursuing action in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
